Terms of Service

The Service

Invite.bot lets you create tracked short links, view analytics on clicks and traffic sources, and configure premium redirect features such as custom slugs, passwords, expirations, and social embed previews.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Invite.bot complies with applicable laws and with the policies of platforms you link to, including Discord.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You may sign in using supported identity providers such as Google.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invite.bot to:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, scams, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Generate artificial or fraudulent click traffic.
• Resell or misuse the Service in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts or redirects that violate these rules or that create risk for the Service or other users.

Your content and links

You retain ownership of the destinations and materials you link to. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, redirect, analyze, and display your links and related analytics as part of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content and destinations behind your redirects.

Plans and billing

• Free and paid plans may have different feature limits, including redirect counts and custom slug access.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

Availability and changes

We strive to keep Invite.bot reliable, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invite.bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invite.bot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Invite.bot is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
